She Achieves Mastermind was born out of a drive to serve women in business. Through my 35-year corporate career and as an entrepreneur and executive coach. I witnessed these struggles that most women business owners have that keep them from their full potential.

This Mastermind is designed to give you a road map to expand your impact and income in your business. We will do this via a six-month invite-only curated group of women from diverse companies, backgrounds, industries, and experiences; because everyone’s unique perspectives help to create the breakthroughs and transformational moments that masterminds are known for. Through my experienced facilitation, guidance, and the assistance of peers, you will grow personally and professionally through accountability, learning, and support.

We will meet in person for four hours each month at a private ranch in the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley. This space provides privacy and disconnection from distractions so we can fully focus on you.

I am only taking eight people into this initial group to provide the most personal and customized experience.
